About Us
The mission of the Parkway Alumni Association is to encourage communication among alumni and foster programs which serve and support the Parkway community.Established in 1994, the Parkway Alumni Association (PAA) is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt (nonprofit) organization. The organization delivers enrichment and recognition programs which serve and support Parkway students and staff, and provides avenues of communication that connect Parkway alumni, friends of Parkway Alumni Association and Parkway Schools.
The Parkway Alumni Association is a 501(c) 3 tax-exempt organization that is made up of Parkway alumni, staff members, retirees and community members who want to stay in touch with each other and serve and support the Parkway School District.
The Parkway Alumni Association isn’t only for alumni! The PAA supports many programs in Parkway that promote student achievement and honor outstanding educators and staff. These programs include:
• The Granting Dreams Program for students ($12,677 to students in 2025)
• Teacher of the Year Awards
• Albert Awards for outstanding new teachers
• Light of Parkway Awards for operations staff members in Parkway
• Innovative school and community programs and projects (like Parkway Spark! and
professional development opportunities for teachers.)
