The Parkway Alumni Association invites you to be part of a very special evening as we celebrate the 2026 Parkway Alumni Hall of Fame inductees.
The Hall of Fame recognizes exceptional Parkway alumni whose accomplishments, leadership, and contributions have made a lasting impact in their communities and beyond. Your sponsorship helps make this celebration possible while providing an opportunity to showcase your company or organization to a large and engaged audience of Parkway alumni, families, educators, and friends.
The 2026 Hall of Fame Gala will be held Saturday, November 14, 2026, at the Danforth Plant Science Center.
With sponsorship opportunities ranging from $300 to $5,000, there is an option to fit a variety of organizations and budgets. Sponsors receive recognition throughout the event and through Parkway Alumni Association communications leading up to and following the celebration.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Platinum Sponsor — $5,000
Our premier sponsorship opportunity includes:
- Prominent name/company logo displayed on 24" x 36" signage at the event, plus recognition from the podium
- Dinner reservations for 10 guests, plus 10 tickets to a private reception with the inductees before dinner
- Full-page advertisement featuring your name/company logo in the commemorative event booklet
- Name/company logo featured in the October 2026 Parkway Alumni Newsletter, emailed to approximately 30,000 Parkway alumni and friends
- Name/company featured as a sponsor in Parkway Alumni Association social media communications about the Hall of Fame
Gold Sponsor — $2,500
- Prominent name/company logo displayed on 16" x 28" signage at the event, plus recognition from the podium
- Dinner reservations for 5 guests, plus 5 tickets to a private reception with the inductees before dinner
- Half-page advertisement featuring your name/company logo in the commemorative event booklet
- Name/company logo featured in the October 2026 Parkway Alumni Newsletter, emailed to approximately 30,000 Parkway alumni and friends
- Name/company featured as a sponsor in Parkway Alumni Association social media communications about the Hall of Fame
Silver Sponsor — $1,000
- Prominent name/company logo displayed on 11" x 17" signage at the event, plus recognition from the podium
- Dinner reservations for 2 guests, plus 2 tickets to a private reception with the inductees before dinner
- Quarter-page advertisement featuring your name/company logo in the commemorative event booklet
- Name/company logo featured in the October 2026 Parkway Alumni Newsletter, emailed to approximately 30,000 Parkway alumni and friends
- Name/company featured as a sponsor in Parkway Alumni Association social media communications about the Hall of Fame
Bronze Sponsor — $300
- Company name prominently displayed on signage at the event, plus recognition from the podium
- Company name listed as a sponsor in the commemorative event booklet
- Company name listed as a supporter of the Hall of Fame in the October 2026 Parkway Alumni Newsletter, emailed to approximately 30,000 Parkway alumni and friends
